继家里台式机不幸之后
本本也难逃此劫
具体表现为，双击控制面板中的"添加/删除程序时"弹出以下错误：
微软的解决方法：

未能助我解决该故障，也没试过sfc /scannow，主要是修复时间太长。
不知道有没有其它朋友遇到，可有好的解决之道？

搞毛了就重做系统
搞毛了，呵呵……
可以确定造成此问题的原因是更换了主题引起的
临时解决办法就是：
桌面-右键-属性-主题,用windows经典即可,
这样就可以进“添加删除程序”
